Mmmmm.  Warm chocolate melted and ready to have dipped seasonal Fresh Fruit, Mini Marshmallows, Pretzels ~ $15 per person. Add caramel to your fondue for an additional $2.

 The Mint-Basil Limeade is essentially a Mojito without the rum. Fresh mint and basil are muddled in a shaker with simple syrup before joining lime juice and ice for a quick shake.   The resulting drink is refreshing, herbal and bubbly and an excellent way to lift your spirits without the addition of, well, spirits. 

• 4 large basil leaves
• 4 mint leaves
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• Club soda, chilled, to top
• Garnish: lime wheel

 This non-alcoholic cocktail from bar pro Charles Joly has so much flavor, you won't miss the alcohol.   

• Grenadine
• 1/2 oz Orange juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 2 oz Club soda
• Garnish: orange twist

  Juicy, rich and crimson with the right balance of sweetness, earthiness and tartness, pomegranate juice is an excellent base for a non-alcoholic drink &  Rosemary is the perfect herb to infuse in the sugar syrup for this drink.

• 1 ounce pomegranate juice
• 1 ounce rosemary simple syrup*
• Club soda, to top
• Garnish: rosemary sprig

 The Shirley Temple is probably the most famous mocktail ever. This classic mix of ginger ale and grenadine with a squeeze of lemon or lime topped with maraschino cherries is believed to be the world’s first mocktail. And it’s still alive and well today. 

• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• 1/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 5 ounces ginger ale, chilled
• Garnish: Luxardo maraschino cherries

  Strawberry Crush is a fruity yet nuanced concoction that’s pleasing enough that you won’t even want to add liquor (though you could). One taste will take the Strawberry Crush and develop it until a full blown love affair.  

• 3 strawberries, cut in half
• 3 mint sprigs
• Juice of 1 lime, fresh squeezed
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• Ginger beer, to top
• Garnish: strawberry
• Garnish: mint sprig

  As its name implies, this vibrant non-alcoholic drink from bartending pro Natasha David is chock-full of good-for-you ingredients. In fact, David calls the cinnamon-spiced combination of fresh juices and ginger beer “pure liquid fortification.” 

• 2 ounces fresh carrot juice
• 3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz lemon juice, fresh
• 1/2 ounce Cinnamon Syrup 
• 1 organic egg white
• Ginger beer, to top
• Garnish: pineapple wedge
