- Do not shave your legs immediately before the wrap.
- After Your Wrap:
- On the second or third day after a wrap, take a hot bath to open the pores further and help release accumulated toxins.
- Drink lots of water both before and after your treatment to assist in flushing out toxins and dislodged fat.
- For Best Results:
