Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy at The Retreat at Serendipity Province:  Appointments canceled 24+ hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service total. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 100%.  Sales not combinable or used w/GCs. 20% tip on original price of 100+ min services auto-added at checkout."If you do not cancel your appointment and are considered a no show, the charge will be 100% of your appointment value. To cancel your appointment, just call 219-548-8089 (leave a voicemail if after hours. As long as it is within the proper time frame, you will be fine!).  

Gift Certificates may NOT be used toward product or gratuity or toward any service sale in effect at the time of use.  There are NO REFUNDS of Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate balances will be issued as a credit on your account.
