Once we have your muscles toasty warm, we will perform an exfoliating scrub to stimulate the muscles and to rejuvenate. Your therapist will then massage your feet & calves with a combination of reflexology & relaxing techniques to bring you to your “aaaah” moment. This service eases your scalp with a deep head & face massage, relaxes your shoulders and neck & soothes the eyes with your choice of a cool or warm compress. Take a deep breath and relaaaaax. This is the perfect treatment for the serious athlete, parent and the stressed executive.    10 Min: This experience begins with a cleansing Lemongrass exfoliation to the feet & back.    10 Min: Tension is then released with a rhythmic application of steaming Eucalyptus compresses along the muscles of the back, shoulders, neck and feet.
